
The World Bank Group has opened applications for an Extended Term Consultant (ETC – EC2) position under the Learning and Knowledge Program (LAKP), supporting the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage (JLN). The Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage is a country-led, practitioner-driven global learning platform that focuses on the practical “how-to” aspects of health system reform. Active for more than 15 years, the JLN now includes policymakers and practitioners from 41 countries worldwide.

The Extended Term Consultant will support the World Bank’s engagement with the JLN, working closely with the LAKP team, the World Bank JLN core team, and country stakeholders. The role requires strong facilitation skills, experience in health systems or health financing, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country learning initiatives.
The consultant will report to the Unit Manager, under the guidance of the Global Program Lead for Knowledge and Learning.
