Western Sydney University is a public university in the Greater Western region of Sydney. Earlier, the university was under the name University of Western Sydney. The university offers a range of courses in undergraduate, postgraduate and higher research degrees. Scholarship Benefits

Fifty percent of tuition fees per annum up to a maximum three year. The scholarship is a tuition fee waiver and is applicable towards tuition fees only.

Eligibility Criteria

New international students are eligible. Moreover, applicants must:

  • be international students with a Higher Education Sector Visa. (Subclass 500)
  • commence a new course of study in 2019 and 2020.
  • have received an offer of admission to Western Sydney University.
  • have met all admission requirements and accepted admission offer by acceptance deadline.
  • likewise, has met the academic requirement for scholarship as listed below.
  • had achieved a minimum ATAR of 90 or equivalent in higher secondary studies.
  • not be granted more than 80 credit points advanced standing.

Applying

No application is necessary. All new applications to the University will get automatic considerations for a scholarship. Apply early to maximize your chance for receiving the scholarship.

A panel of officers from the University will short-list eligible applicants. Furthermore, applicants will get rankings depending upon the selection criteria and the panel’s review.
