Bath Flash Fiction Award is hosting the Bath Flash Fiction Award 2022.

In addition to winning cash prizes, entrants have the opportunity to appear in its print and digital anthology collections.

Prize

• First prize: £1000
• Second prize: £300
• Third prize: £100
• commended: (two) £30
• In addition, 50 authors offered anthology print publication
•  all published authors will also get a free print copy

Eligibility

1. Entrants must be 16 years or over.
2. Entry is open to everyone; locally, nationally, and internationally.
3. Also, an entry can only be made by the work’s individual author.
4. Entries must not have been previously published in print or online, been broadcast, or won a prize.
5. Entries can be on any theme or subject but must be original and written in English.
6. They must also be for adult or young adult readers. Non-fiction and fiction written for children under 13 years are not eligible.
7. Simultaneous submission is permitted.
8. Authors retain full worldwide copyright throughout.

Fee

• One Entry: £7.50 GBP
• Two Entries: £12.00 GBP
• Three Entries: £18.00 GBP

All currencies are accepted through major credit/debit cards.

Submitting

1. Entry is online via email and only through the gateway on this site.
2. Entries will not be returned so please keep a copy.
3. No major corrections or alterations can be made after entries have been received; minor edits – punctuation and spelling – can be made, but only up to the closing date of around.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries any single entrant may make.
5. Entries are acknowledged by your receiving of a PayPal receipt.
