Hack the Future 2025: Young Leaders for Asia Challenge

In celebration of International Youth Day, Siklab proudly launches the Hack the Future: Young Leaders for Asia 2025 Challenge, one of the region’s biggest digital innovation competitions.

With the theme:
“Bridging the Digital Divide: Empowering Youth for Connected Action and Inclusive Change”,
the program empowers young innovators across Asia to design solutions for a more connected, inclusive, and digitally empowered future.

 What’s at Stake?

Winning teams will access life-changing opportunities, including:

• USD 10,000 seed funding for 4 winning teams
•  A 4-part virtual mentorship series with global experts
• Fully funded trip to Bangkok, Thailand to pitch at the International Civil Society Week Summit (Nov 1–5, 2025)
•  Exclusive networking with Asia’s leading youth innovators

 Who Can Apply?

• Youth-led teams of 2–5 members
• Aged 18–35 years old
• Citizens based in or from ODA recipient countries in Asia:
  China, Mongolia, Thailand, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia
• With a project idea aligned to the theme of bridging the digital divide

 Judging & Selection

• Six (6) finalist teams will undergo a structured learning journey with 4 masterclasses on digital inclusion, connected action, and social impact.
• Each team sends two representatives to Bangkok for the final pitch.
• The top four (4) winning teams will receive $10,000 seed grants to launch and scale their solutions.

Judging criteria: Innovation, Relevance, Feasibility, Impact Potential, and Team Composition.

 Application Requirements

1. Completed Application Form
2. Valid Passport (Team Leader & Member #2)
3. CV (2–3 pages) of each team member
4. 150-word team introduction
5. 300-word project concept note
6. 4-minute pre-recorded pitch video
