Mama Cash Grant 2024 for self-led feminist Organizations
Mama Cash Grant 2024 supports ambitious self-led feminist organisations and initiatives that defend and advance the rights of women, girls, and trans and intersex people. The Resilience Fund provides core, flexible, long-term support for up to 10 years. This enables grantee partners to strategise, plan and carry out the work they want to do, in the way that they want to do it – over the long term – so that they can grow, strengthen and sustain their feminist movements.
Mama Cash’s adoption of a regional restriction for new Resilience grants for 2024 stems from an ambition to re-balance our grantmaking portfolio to:
- ensure that the bulk of our funding in 2024 is weighted towards our core, long term, flexible funding and
- maintain transparency about our participatory grantmaking processes, institutional priorities and staffing realities.
