Stockholm & New York, April 2026 – The Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leadership Prize is now accepting nominations through March 31 2026, calling on individuals worldwide to recommend outstanding leaders whose work embodies courage, innovation, ethics, and impact in addressing today’s most complex global challenges.
The Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leadership Prize honours exceptional individuals from any country or discipline who demonstrate the ability to shape the future with vision, courage, ethical insight, and measurable impact. Recipients are seen as leaders who go beyond reacting to global issues — they anticipate change and act with purpose and humanity.
Supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) and named in part to honour Jan Eliasson, a distinguished Swedish diplomat and global statesman, the Prize reflects the belief that values-based, globally focused leadership matters now more than ever.
Nominations are open worldwide from February 1 to March 31 2026. Anyone can nominate a leader except Prize jurors and the nominees themselves, and nominations must highlight the nominee’s leadership qualities, global impact, and vision for the future.
Once submitted, nominations are reviewed by Tällberg Foundation staff and a pre-jury panel, followed by deliberations by an international jury later in the year. Three laureates will be selected from the global pool.
Each of the three 2026 laureates will receive:
