Applications are open for ViewPoint Gallery International Print Competition 2021. Every year since 2013, ViewPoint Gallery has held an International Photography Competition.

The images are reviewed by an independent jury comprised of experienced photographers, and the winning 12 photographs are displayed through the year at ViewPoint Gallery. An exhibition of candid images taken on the city streets of North America and Europe before the current end of travel.

Prizes

• 12 winning images will be selected from the digital entries. One winner will be exhibited monthly.
• These winning images will also be professionally printed, framed, exhibited and offered for sale by ViewPoint Gallery starting in June 2021.
• In addition, winners will have their work promoted on Viewpoint’s website and newsletter.

Criteria

• Anyone can enter the ViewPoint Gallery International Print Competition 2021.
• Open to photographers located in any country around the world, there are no restrictions on subject matter.

ViewPoint Gallery

ViewPoint Gallery is an artist run co-operative dedicated to inspiring, engaging, educating and promoting the art of photography. It is the only one of its kind in Maritime Canada. Furthermore, ViewPoint presents a dynamic approach to the display of photography with a mixture of solo and group exhibitions including our 12 international competition winners. The Gallery also hosts artist talks, presentations, print reviews and photography classes.
