13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13) – Advance Your Diplomatic Skills in Singapore

The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) invites nominations for the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13), a unique hybrid training program designed to equip diplomats with modern public diplomacy tools. The program runs from September to December 2025, combining online learning with an in-person workshop in Singapore.

Who Should Apply?

This program is intended for:

• Early to mid-career diplomats from ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) partner countries
• Public diplomacy officers and MFA staff currently posted in Asia or Europe
• Professionals with a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s plus 3 years’ relevant experience

 Program Structure

1. Online Training (15 September – 20 October 2025):

• 5-week interactive course delivered by DiploFoundation
• Includes live discussions, simulations, and peer exchange

2. In-Person Workshop (1–5 December 2025, Singapore):

• Hands-on, expert-led sessions on strategic communication and engagement
• Cultural immersion experience to strengthen interregional understanding
