13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13) – Advance Your Diplomatic Skills in Singapore
The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) invites nominations for the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13), a unique hybrid training program designed to equip diplomats with modern public diplomacy tools. The program runs from September to December 2025, combining online learning with an in-person workshop in Singapore.
Who Should Apply?
This program is intended for:
- Early to mid-career diplomats from ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) partner countries
- Public diplomacy officers and MFA staff currently posted in Asia or Europe
- Professionals with a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s plus 3 years’ relevant experience
Program Structure
1. Online Training (15 September – 20 October 2025):
- 5-week interactive course delivered by DiploFoundation
- Includes live discussions, simulations, and peer exchange
2. In-Person Workshop (1–5 December 2025, Singapore):
- Hands-on, expert-led sessions on strategic communication and engagement
- Cultural immersion experience to strengthen interregional understanding
