2021 Asia Pacific Week, held by The Australian National University, is open for applications. The deadline is 23rd April 2021.
2021 Asia Pacific Week is an interdisciplinary conference for exemplary students and young professionals from all disciplines who are interested in tackling current and challenging issues facing Asia and the Pacific. They want individuals who can reimagine the possible; who are hungry for a deeper understanding of the region and who are committed to lead impactful lives.
Now in its eleventh year, the Australian National University’s Asia Pacific Week is an interdisciplinary conference, bringing together high calibre students and young professionals from around the world. Through a week of thought-provoking panels, debates, and workshops, as well as a vibrant social schedule, we aim to bring together young individuals from all across the world and equip them with the knowledge, skills and empathy to become compassionate leaders of change in the dynamic Asia and Pacific regions.
This will be the second year that the APW Conference will be held online, to ensure that the Conference is accessible to all students globally. Students are invited to participate, meet and work alongside like-minded students from all over the world.
The theme for this year is “Unveiling layers of crises: learning from the past, reimagining the future.”
Delegates must be undergraduate, postgraduate, or young professional.
Applications for this years’ Asia Pacific Week open on the 29th March 2021. Applications will close on 23rd April 2021.
