The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings take place annually, with alternating disciplinary foci. Every three years, the additional Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences gathers young ecoomists and Laureates.
The 73rd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting will be dedicated to Physics. Young Scientists who had been selected from this field for #LINO70 and took part in the digital meeting will be invited to participate on site from 30 June – 5 July 2024. Additionally, Young Scientists selected in the nomination and application process 2023-24 will also travel to Lindau.
Every year, Nobel Laureates convene in Lindau to meet the next generation of leading scientists: 600 undergraduates, master students, PhD students, and postdocs from all over the world. When they arrive on Lake Constance, the Young Scientists have passed a competitive, multi-stage application and nomination process. When they leave town on the last day, Young Scientists become Lindau Alumni. Nobel Laureates and Young Scientists – the core of our community – are joined by invited guests, supporters and friends during the meeting week.
