 Application & Eligibility

Applications for the 2026 cohort are open, with a deadline for submission in early March 2026.

To be eligible, applicants typically must:

  • Have a proven interest and track record in the energy or related sectors
  • Possess around three to five years of professional experience in energy-related roles or equivalent
  • Be motivated and ready to engage with programme activities for up to three years
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to sustainable energy solutions
  • Have advanced English proficiency
  • Be under 35 years old at the time of application
  • Be available for at least 15 days of programme engagement per year (20 on congress years)
  • Provide support or validation from an employer
