The Nantes Creative Generations Forum is inviting participants from Nantes and Europe to present their innovative and inspirational projects linked to citizenship and the notion of “living together”.

Benefits

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Present a concrete initiative, share experiences
• Develop skills in setting up projects
• Meet potential future partners with a view to setting up cross-border projects which could be funded by the NCG cooperation award (up to 5000 euros)
• Take part in a larger event on European youth, city visits, cultural and social events

Who can apply

• Associations, organizations, and youth groups
• participants must be between 18 and 30 years old
• Also, be from Nantes or the Council of Europe Member States, or also, Belarus.

How to apply

Participants will have to present a project or initiative strengthening the notion of “living together”, involve a “citizenship” approach in its general sense, and develop an original approach.

The project can be linked to a large range of themes: environment, health, education, culture, sport, intercultural dialogue, fight again discrimination, media, etc.

It has to be a concrete initiative (or at least in an advanced stage of reflection if not yet realized).

Additional Information

Following the Forum, a Europe-wide youth event Europa Mix will be organised in Nantes on 4 June 2022.
Participants will be offered accommodation until Sunday in order to participate in this event.
Transport, accommodation, and food costs for  European participants will be covered by Nantes Métropole (max 2 participants per project).

English is the official language of the Forum.

Please note that selected participants are asked to book their transport tickets themselves. The organisation will then refund travel expenses up to 400 Euros per person, according to the original receipts and tickets sent by the participants.
