World Health Summit Stipend Program 2025 (Fully-funded to Berlin, Germany)

The World Health Summit, the leading international platform for global health, will take place in Berlin from October 12–14, 2025, bringing together stakeholders from all sectors worldwide to shape the global health agenda and promote well-being for all. As part of its commitment to inclusivity and equitable representation, the World Health Summit Stipend Program 2025 will offer travel and accommodation support to up to fifteen individuals from low- and middle-income countries and those with lived experience in health challenges. This initiative ensures that underrepresented voices are meaningfully included in critical global health discussions, fostering diverse dialogue and collaborative solutions. Through this program, the Summit continues to advance its mission of building a healthier, more inclusive future for all.

Benefits of Stipend Program

The World Health Summit will:

• Book and pay for roundtrip economy class flights to and from Berlin.
• Book and pay for hotel stay (4 nights including breakfast from October 11-15) in walking distance to the WHS venue.
• Provide World Health Summit 2025 registration (including food and beverages).
• Cover miscellaneous expenses (reimbursement of up to €200), e.g., for transport within Berlin.
• Cover visa and passport costs (reimbursement of up to €200).
• Invite stipend recipients to participate in World Health Summit’s Kick-off reception on Saturday night (October 11) ahead of the World Health Summit 2025.

Eligibility for Stipend Program

Applicant must:

• Hold the nationality of and must reside in a low- or middle-income country according to the World Bank categorisation for 2024-2025 or demonstrate a unique lived experience perspective relevant to the World Health Summit 2025 program.
• Be eligible for a short-term Schengen visa.
