2021 Stanford Seed is looking for high-potential CEOs/founders based in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal who are motivated for growth.
The 2021 Stanford Seed Transformation Program is an unconventional, online learning experience that goes beyond acquiring business skills. Stanford’s world-renowned faculty and dedicated team of experts work with leaders throughout their 12-month journey to growth.
The Seed Transformation Program is designed specifically for business owners and up to five members of their senior management team. The online program is led by world-renowned Stanford GSB faculty and is supported local experts and Stanford-trained facilitators.
The Seed Transformation Program (STP) is a year-long, part-time intensive leadership program for CEOs/founders of established businesses. Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and other experts deliver strategy sessions for CEOs and their teams, in which leaders learn and apply skills, tools and mindsets to drive growth and innovation. CEOs and their leadership team members will be challenged to refine their strategy and value proposition, and set a course for scalable growth and impact. During and after the STP, leaders will network with approximately 1,000 entrepreneurs from across Africa and South Asia – joining current and past participants. The program will be delivered online, with the introduction of some in-person components as health conditions allow. A reliable and strong internet connection will be required to derive maximum value from the program.
