CERN (Fully Funded) 2024 Summer Student Program, Switzerland.
This program will run for 8 to 13 weeks and this program is open to students who are in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. If you expect to graduate during the European summer of 2024 (as of May), you are also eligible to apply.
Benefits
CERN will provide:
- A contract of 8-13 weeks to work on a technical project during the summer program in Geneva.
- A 92 CHF per calendar day (net of tax) subsistence allowance to cover the cost of accommodation and meals.
- A Travel allowance is paid at the end of your stay to help you with the cost of travel from your country to Geneva.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance.
- Assistance to find accommodation on the CERN site or nearby.
Summer Program Duration
This program will run for 8 to 13 weeks.
- Candidates coming from a CERN Non-Member State country can stay for 8 weeks only.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from all nationalities can apply for the CERN Summer student program.
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- You should have completed at least 6 semesters.
- If you expect to graduate during the European summer of 2024 (as of May), you are also eligible to apply.
