Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the project, as are travel costs as long as they are equal to or lower than the travel costs approved by the Erasmus + program (which in this case is 360 Euros each). The only expense to be paid by the participants is the participation fee of 80 Euros (including membership and Strauss T-shirt + Insurance coverage). It is mandatory to keep and deliver to the host organization the boarding passes and all the tickets of the means of transport used both on the outward and return journeys for reimbursement purposes.
