Young Analysts Program program is open to final year undergraduate and graduate level students from any field of study, and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience but with a heartful of passion to change the world for better. While applicants discipline or major is not important, they are looking for candidates with an outstanding record of academic achievement as well as an interest in the innovative financial markets. Also, a financial background is not necessary. Candidates area or major of concentration is less important to IIX than candidates potential. Whether candidates have distinguished themselves in economics or history, the next phase of their career will be shaped by their energy and vision. IIX encourage candidates to apply, provided they share the interest and have demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive.

1. Preparatory workshops on Financial Modelling, Professionalism, Problem Solving and Presentations Skills

1. Field visit within 3 months of joining
2. Also, After one year, be eligible to be considered for overseas posting
