Application calls for L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Sub-Saharan Africa Program 2020. The Foundation L’Oréal launches the 11th edition of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Sub-Saharan Africa program, to support young women scientists.
The program aims to promote and encourage the participation of young African women in science. This program identifies and rewards young talented researchers in the formal sciences, life and environmental sciences, material sciences, engineering sciences, and technological sciences.
Each year, the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science programs also support more than 250 talented young women researchers. Through its 54 regional and national programs, the Foundation L’Oréal and UNESCO support them at a crucial period in their careers, during their thesis or post-doctoral studies.
