Application calls for McKinsey & Company 2020 Young Leaders Programme Fellow – Africa Delivery Hub in Ethiopia. Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a 2-year full time consulting program that develops the exceptional young local talent into real leaders.

McKinsey & Company is an American management consulting firm. McKinsey has published the McKinsey Quarterly since 1964, funds the McKinsey Global Institute research organization, publishes reports on management topics, and has authored influential books on management.

Role 

The participants of this program will work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. The participants will collaborate with colleagues and clients to solve their toughest business problems. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and also developing and communicating recommendations. They will also have the opportunity to present results to client management, and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Eligibilities

• An undergraduate degree with an excellent record of academic achievement.
• Also, fewer than 2 years of continuous work experience in any industry.
• Great potential in leadership, problem-solving and entrepreneurial drive.
• Furthermore, the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing in English and the local language.
