“Inspire a Generation” is the volunteer-recruitment initiative by Scout Adventures, offering opportunities for both UK and international applicants to join as trainee or residential volunteers. Volunteer Tracks

• UK Volunteer Trainee Instructor Programme — for UK applicants, with placements running January to November. Volunteers act as instructors/helpers under supervision.
• Residential Volunteer Programme — open to UK, Europe and international applicants; also running January to November. Volunteers live on-site and help run programmes.
