Position summary 

As a core member of the CLM team, candidates will have to support contract management transformation through solution design and configuration activities including user requirement collection, solution design, testing, deployment, and delivering user training. Additionally, the position will help the team with enabling opportunities for automation and cognitive processes. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and proven ability to successfully work on multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for the following duties

• Identifying and analyzing stakeholders process pain points and gaps. Also, help the team to identify and design solution to pain points and gaps
• Facilitating meetings with various audiences. Developing and delivering solution presentations as well as leading prototype demonstrations
• Performing business process modeling (both current and future state), basic technical architecture diagramming and detailed functional requirements
• Responsible for deliverables including requirements, design, and testing documentation
• Assisting in the configuration and administration of the CLM application.
• Understanding and interest in Artificial intelligence. Also, identifying, designing and implementing AI within contract management processes.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant degree.
• Experience with analyzing requirements and developing application designs.
• Similarly, exposure to requirement collection & user story grooming.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle phases.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
• Technical writing skills and web service experience.
• Also, project management experience and interest in technology trends.
• Furthermore, strong research skills with attention to detail.
