CERN Administrative Student Programme 2025‑3 – Fully Funded Internship in Geneva
Gain real-world administrative experience at CERN, the world-leading physics research organization in Geneva. This programme offers a paid 2–12 month placement for undergraduates in non-STEM disciplines such as administration, translation, HR, law, finance, and communications.
Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
- Completed at least 18 months (3 semesters) of full-time undergraduate study in a relevant administrative field by November 2025.
- Cannot apply if enrolled in a STEM or engineering degree (eligible students should instead apply for CERN’s Technical Programme).
- Good working knowledge of English or French is required.
What You’ll Do
Interns contribute to operational excellence by working on meaningful projects within departments including:
- Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Communications, Logistics, Science Communication, Education, Audiovisual, Internal Audit, Library Services, and more.
Assignments vary by department but always align with your academic background and interests.
