Applications are currently open for the 10th Cohort of the Energy Talent Program. The Energy Talent Program is a 24-month career development as well as a job-placement program that trains promising and talented graduates to build successful careers in the Nigerian Solar industry.

The renewable energy space is a lucrative and fast-paced industry with different career paths but there is a large gap for skilled professionals, especially within Nigeria and Africa. When You Apply:

• You take our 4-month intensive training program
• Upon completion, you will be a full-time employee with a solar company
• Moreover, Energy Talent Co. will continue to provide you with relevant skills, coaching, and mentorship for the next 24 months.

How it Works

If you successfully go through the Genesis program, you will join the Matrix. In Matrix, you will get a transformation into a world-class solar engineer and start your 21-months solar talent journey with Energy Talent Company.

At the end of Matrix, you will be matched with solar companies. You will work with solar companies on short-term projects or as a full-time employee throughout your 21 months solar talent journey.
