Duties

Candidates on this Vodafone Financial Operations Internship will perform the following duties

• Handling invoices in accordance with country-specific tax and legal requirements.
• Keeping in touch with the vendors in order to answer their queries.
• Helping the Invoice Processing team with report preparation and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Document archiving, scanning.

Requirements

• Have a full-time active university status now and in the upcoming seven months.
• Are self-confident in Hungarian and English communication. Knowing Dutch is a plus.
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office Programs, especially in Excel.
• Can communicate easily in speaking and writing.
• Have great attention to detail and execute tasks with exactitude.
