LaunchPad identifies and maximises tech-related opportunities across South-East Asia. Our mission is to become South East Asia’s leading venture building ecosystem. We also invest in early-stage startups and partner with businesses wanting to launch their products in South-East Asia.

How Our Program Works

Learn

You’ll be encouraged to take risks, learn from your mistakes, and apply that learning to new challenges. You’ll be presenting your ideas to senior staff within weeks of joining.

Launch

Bootcamp graduates are offered full time positions and top performers will be given the chance to launch startups with an equity share at LaunchPad, where we provide mentorship, resources and workspace.

Rotate

You start by joining one of the LaunchPad startups, working directly with the management team. You will be rotated to different startups as time progresses.

Diversify

In each rotation, we’ll push you to your limits. We want to see how much you can handle. Our goal is to have you ready to run your own business within months.
