Application open for Acumen West Africa Fellow Program 2023. The next West Africa Fellowship runs from January 2023 to December 2023.

Each year, the Acumen Fellowship in West Africa selects ~20 Fellows from across sectors, countries, and backgrounds who are tackling issues of poverty and injustice, and equips them with the practices and community needed to deepen and sustain their impact.

The Fellowship begins with a year-long fully-funded leadership program, where Fellows remain in their role while taking part in a series of immersive seminars, workshops, and group practice. This is where practical skills meet moral imagination.

The program is designed to equip Fellows with the tools, mindset, and community to tackle poverty and injustice in their communities.

Funding

Acumen Academy West Africa Fellows program 2023 covers all program related expenses during the fellowship year which includes accommodation, food and flight costs for the in-person immersive seminars.

Who can apply?

This program is open to

• Entrepreneurs: Both for-profit and non-profit organizations leaders providing critical goods or services to the underserved.
• Intrapreneurs: Builders from any sector tackling poverty and injustice from within by shifting the institutional culture—and building new collaborations.
• Organizational Builders: Leaders (other than the Founder or CEO) supporting the growth of institutions combating poverty and injustice
