Through the ESC for youth project, we aim to develop the professional capacity of 10 young people (5 EU citizens/ residents and 5 Romanians) to enter in the labor market, especially by providing support for the development of the social inclusion economy. ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

Participants will receive during the internship stage and employability period (6+6 months) money for food on monthly bases (150 € per month) and they will be able to cook and buy food for themselves. Participants will share an apartment in Ramnicu Sarat. They will have own rooms or share with the same gender person (maximum 2 persons for room). The apartment is equipped with bathrooms, toilet, washing machine, kitchen and kitchen furniture, furniture in the rooms, dishes,TV cable, internet. The participants will receive 100 % of their travel cost to Ramnicu Sarat and back home.

Language support, mentorship, consolidated mentorship, intercultural learning (on Romanian culture and history), psychological support: offered by the ATCE-SR staff and collaborators.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

It is not required that participant to have a certain experience and skills, but we require interest, curiosity and the ability to work in a team, in a multicultural environment. Basic qualifications: – Age between 18-30 years old; – English – average (B2); – Interested and motivated to develop their professional skills; – To have willingness to work with marginalized young people; – Patient, responsible, creative, open-minded; – Preferably with fewer opportunitiees.
