Leading Scholarships are designed to ensure that outstanding young people from Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific are represented at the One Young World Summit 2019 in London.

Moreover, One Young World identifies, promotes and connects the world’s most impactful young leaders to create a better world, with more responsible, more effective leadership.In addition, One Young World’s annual Summit convenes the brightest young talent from every country and sector. Every year, One Young World runs a number of scholarship programmes which provide funding for young leaders to attend a One Young World Summit.

Furthermore, the annual One Young World Summit brings together the most talented young leaders from global and national companies, NGOs, universities as well as other forward-thinking organisations. Also, delegates meet and make lasting connections with peers from almost every industry, sector and country. No youth led movement outside of the Olympic Games represents as many nationalities as the One Young World Summit.

Eligibility

Applicants are eligible, if they meet the following criteria:

• Are between the ages of 18 – 30 at the time of the Summit
• Also, Have an evidenced commitment to delivering positive change
• Demonstrate capacity for leadership
• Also, Are addressing key local and/or global issues in their work
• Have a track record of generating impactful and innovative ideas.
