Japanese Government Scholarships 2026 – Fully Funded
The MEXT University Recommendation (UR) Scholarship, offered by the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT), empowers outstanding international graduate applicants to study at APU with full financial support. Recipients enjoy tuition coverage, monthly stipends, insurance, books, and round-trip airfare.
How It Works
- Apply directly to APU, indicating interest in the MEXT UR scholarship.
- APU conducts internal screening and selects top candidates to recommend to MEXT.
