The Lebesgue Master scholarship of 10, 000 euros per year is for the students in mathematics enrolling in the second year (M2) of The Lebesgue Center’s Masters’ program, fundamental mathematics pathways. The Ambition Lebesgue Loire project offers scholarships for 1st year Master’s students in Nantes only.
The Henri Lebesgue Center together with Ambition Lebesgue Loire and the Fondation de Rennes 1 grant excellence scholarships for the fundamental and applied mathematics pathways.
The total amount of the scholarship is 10,000€ for the academic year. The payment of the scholarship will be on a monthly basis, from September to June. The scholarship includes the internship gratification unless the lab decides to pay internship gratification. Students should ask their tutors and the admission office for more information.
In the context of the project Ambition Lebesgue Loire, the jury may also attribute one or two fellowships for applications at the first of the master (M1) in Nantes University. Only applications from foreign universities will be eligible for these M1 fellowships and they will be reconducted for the 2nd year of the master after re-examination by the jury of the student grades at the end of the M1.
The scholarship cannot be combined with any other regular remuneration.

International students should check the Campus France website in November. 51 countries are applying the Etudes en France procedure which has been to be done individually by the student on top of the application on the Lebesgue website. Both procedures are compulsory. Please check the Campus France website for more information.
Moreover, the deadlines for the campusfrance procedure are much earlier than the ones for the Lebesgue scholarships.
Any student may apply for a research Internship at Lebesgue Center. This internship at Lebesgue Center is highly recommended for students who wish to enroll in the Ph.D. program.
