The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is now inviting early-career professionals to apply for the prestigious Young Experts Program (YEP). This fully funded, two-year fellowship is hosted at WIPO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and offers a powerful platform for talented individuals to develop skills in intellectual property (IP), innovation, and development.
Program Overview
- Duration: 24 months (starting February 1, 2026)
- Location: WIPO Headquarters, Geneva
- Monthly stipend: CHF 5,000
- Additional support: Travel expenses, onboarding, and 75% health insurance coverage
Who Should Apply?
- Age limit: 35 years or younger
- Education: Minimum first-level university degree
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Language: Proficiency in English (additional UN languages an asset)
- Strong interest in innovation, creativity, sustainable development, or IP
