The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) offer a unique opportunity to study a two-year Master’s degree in a low or middle income Commonwealth country.

To be eligible for the QECS, you must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country and have completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study. You must also have a good academic record and meet the language requirements of the university where you intend to study.
The QECS covers tuition fees, a living allowance, and return airfare to and from the host country. It also provides additional support for academic and personal development.
To apply for the QECS, you will need to complete an online application form and provide supporting documents such as academic transcripts, a personal statement, and references. The application process is highly competitive, and only the strongest candidates will be selected.

Eligibility for Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships 2023- Fully Funded
- You must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country .
- You must have completed an undergraduate degree at a 2:1 equivalent level (or higher) before the scholarship start date.
- There is no age limit to apply for the scholarship.
- The scholarship is only for a Master’s degree program.
- You must have a conditional offer of a place at your chosen university by the time you submit your scholarship application.
- The scholarship is not eligible for PhD or DPhil research, or any clinical degrees involving direct patient care.
- Priority will be given to applicants who have not studied in a developed country before.
