The Actuary of Tomorrow–Stuart A. Robertson Memorial Scholarship recognizes the academic achievements of undergraduate students. Stuart A. Robertson, FSA, MAAA (1918-2005) was a distinguished actuary who, co-founded the actuarial and consulting firm Milliman & Robertson (now Milliman, Inc.). Robertson dealt with measurement of potential business risk. The Stuart A. Robertson Memorial Scholarship was established to honor his service to the firm for dealing with the risk. Moreover, This scholarship aims to help the individuals capable of being the next generation Actuary.Adding on, the funding is provided by Milliman, Inc. and several of Robertson’s colleagues and friends.

Furthermore, The Actuarial Foundation is the generous,organization for the actuarial industry in the United States. Since 1994, the Foundation has promoted lifelong math education and financial literacy through its learning resources and scholarships. Additionally, the mission of the Foundation is to enhance math education and financial literacy through the talents and resources of actuaries. Eligibility:

  • Must attend a four-year college
  • Required to have minimum 3.0 GPA
