The World Bank Internship Program (BIP) is a fully funded 4-week Paid Internship program. The number of interns hired for a given year is approximately 150-200. The internship is open to everyone from any part of the world. To be eligible, an applicant must have an Undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a full-time graduate study program (pursuing a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. with plans to return to school full-time).
The World Bank will cover the Travel expenses and pay interns stipends. You don’t need to provide or show proof of an English Language Test. Most Intern positions are based in Washington, DC with a few others in the WB country offices. Interns are responsible for obtaining a G4 visa and will join in early May.
