Responsibilities
Under general supervision, the Dean’s Assistant is responsible for general administrative and operations support for the Dean and the Dean’s Office of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The incumbent applies policies and procedures in providing day to day performance of a variety of administrative and analytical and operational duties for the Dean, Dean’s Office and College; is responsible for administrative support and analysis of College Center and Institute Reports; provides administrative and operations support for the Dean’s Office in areas of staffing, office procedures, Personnel Action Files, college-wide meetings, payroll administration and financial operations; provides administrative and operations support for the College in areas of faculty personnel administration and various college-wide committees; oversees ASA staff and student assistants; and performs other duties as assigned.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this classification is: $3288 – $6162 per month.
The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $3288 – $4800, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
