The MultiChoice Talent Factory is a comprehensive 12-month industry readiness program designed to equip aspiring film and television professionals with the skills and experience needed to excel in the field. This transformative program provides an unparalleled opportunity for participants to learn from some of the most prominent and experienced figures in the TV and film industry. Throughout the year, candidates will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of production, including directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and many other critical areas.
This groundbreaking academy is the first of its kind, spanning across three regions and 13 countries in Africa. It offers a unique opportunity for sixty exceptional young talents who aspire to build careers and drive innovation in film and television production. Over the course of a year, these selected candidates will receive intensive training and mentorship, working alongside industry veterans to refine their skills and gain invaluable experience. The program is fully funded and is delivered through accredited regional MTF Academies located in Kenya for East Africa, Nigeria for West Africa, and Zambia for Southern Africa. These academies partner with renowned local academic institutions to provide a comprehensive and enriching educational experience, setting the stage for the next generation of leaders in the film and television industry.
Eligibility for MultiChoice Talent Factory
You are eligible if:
- You have a college/university qualification (Preferably experience in the Film Industry)
- You between the ages of 21 – 26 years old.
