• Chairs: Applications open from September 2, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
• Delegates, Head Delegates, Faculty Advisors, and Observers: Applications are accepted from September 2, 2024, until March 1, 2025.

The registration fee is €60.00, which covers the three-day event and includes access to all sessions and activities.
