Eligibility Criteria for Judicial Fellowship Program 2025:
The USA fellowship is open to early- and mid-career judges and magistrates from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Applicants should have five to seven years of experience handling civil or criminal cases.
They should have a strong commitment to upholding the Rule of Law in their respective countries.
Similarly, fellows should show integrity, ethical conduct and leadership skills in the judiciary.
They should also have the willingness to apply acquired knowledge and skills to promote legal system reforms.
Applicants must have strong communication and collaboration abilities for effective participation.
They should also be proficient in English to engage in discussions and activities.
