5th German‑Italian Young Leaders Dialogue – Spinelli Forum 2025

The Spinelli Forum 2025 fosters cross-border dialogue between emerging young leaders from Germany and Italy. Supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, IEP Berlin, and ISPI Milan, the program provides a platform for collaboration in policy, business, academia, media, and civil society.

Programme Highlights

• Virtual Launch: 19 September 2025

• Two Online Workshops: 6 and 21 October 2025

• In-Person Conference: 27–28 October 2025, Berlin

• Travel & Accommodation: Fully covered for selected participants

Who Should Apply?

• German or Italian nationals aged 25–35 (preference for 25–30)

• Holders of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification

• Early- to mid-career professionals in politics, business, academia, media, culture, or civil society

• A strong interest or expertise in European cooperation

Core Discussion Themes

Participants will engage in working groups focusing on:

1. European Economic Growth & Social Cohesion

2. European Defence & Security Policy

3. EU Climate and Energy Policy

4. AI Regulation and Governance

The goal is to deepen bilateral understanding and develop actionable policy recommendations for EU-wide challenges.
