In order to strengthen the presence of international students and foster the creation of an ever more global community, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice has decided to award a number of tuition fee waivers providing an exemption from the payment of university tuition fee to high-achieving international students enrolling in undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes.

Further, it has an excellent reputation among international students. Hence, it provides several scholarship schemes and offers them tailor-made services and high-quality teaching.

Benefits

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice establishes the award of up to ninety (90) one time scholarships for high-achieving international students. Students in undergraduate, as well as postgraduate, will receive an amount of € 5,000.00. The scholarships are subject to Italian state tax, thus, each student will receive a net amount € 4,575.00.

Eligibility

In order for scholarship applicants to be considered, they must:

• possess a valid qualification providing access to a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in the Italian university system from either a non-Italian school/university or an Italian institution located abroad.
• possess the necessary requirements to access his or her chosen programme of study either at the time of application or before enrollment at Ca’ Foscari;
• have received from Ca’ Foscari an acceptance letter to the chosen programme after completing the pre-evaluation and admission procedures.
• However, the applicants do not need to provide their grade point average as this scholarship does not consider it.

How To Apply

Application for the scholarships at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice requires international undergraduate applicants to hold a place of an offer in the university. Further, applicants will require to collect all the required documents for the application procedure. Next, applicants fill up the online application form where they upload the required documents.

The documents include:

• a copy of a valid passport (in case of EU students, ID card)
• Certificate attesting the qualification of the candidates. Applicants may include official final diploma, high school mark sheet or undergraduate transcripts of records.

Deadline

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will accept the scholarships application for the international undergraduate program on September 20, 2019. Undergraduate applicants may apply for the scholarships prior to the deadline. Ca’ Foscari University will consider the scholarships applications ineligible should they arrive after the deadline.
