Further, The Program is a 7-week Summer Internship designed to give talented students a taste of life. Further,  at the world’s leading integrated Wealth Manager and Investment Bank, with the potential to join the Graduate Program upon graduation. The graduate role will see you join a sales and trading, or equity derivatives desk in Tokyo. Further,  at analyst level working in our APAC Markets franchise.

Training

Summer Internship is widely regarded as one of the best and most comprehensive summer programs starting with one week of training. You will:

• undergo a structured summer program,
• gain exposure to 2 to 3 teams in the APAC Markets in Tokyo, and
• develop a project over the course of the internship that you will eventually present to senior management.
• Throughout you will receive invaluable on-the-job training, guidance and mentoring that will further develop your skills and knowledge.
