Position Title: Key Account Manager
Key responsibilities
In addition to reporting to the Sales Manager in Poland, the Key Account Manager will do the following duties
- Development and maintain the business relationship with Dealers, ensure Sony is a top-class business partner.
- Sell-in/sell-out/stock level month, quarter, annual targets to achieve.
- Development and co-development of an annual sell-in budget for dealer and channel.
- Preparing and sharing inside the Sony sales analysis, business summary and market/competition activity.
- Negotiate product ranging with Dealers and ensure the agreed ranging is kept at the store level (SKU/Channel/Outlet) in line with the speed of ranging targets.
- Cooperation with Marketing Team on Sell-in and Sell-out Planning and Execution. Similarly, cooperation with the Brand Activation team on Store Level Execution (Promotion, POSM, SalesForce).
- Cooperation with Finance and Logistic to ensure the best customer service level.
- Furthermore, support other Departments with regular feedback from the market in an organized manner and manage a team of product merchandisers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
- Higher education, preferably with a commercial background. In addition to that, commercial experience is necessary (Key Account Manager/Channel Manager preferably in FMCG).
- MS Office Skills, with emphasis on Excel.
- Native Polish and advanced English (at least B2 level).
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
- Result-oriented.
