Responsibilities
The incumbent will do the following duties
- Manage the daily operational issues of the MBA program.
- Also, Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to manage and maintain MBA Program materials including course maps, flyers, and other communications documents.
- Moreover, Manage a student worker who will contribute to MBA program projects.
- Build email campaigns through MailChimp or Constant Contact to communicate program changes with students.
- Also, Develop and maintain the MBA portion of the School of Business website.
- Build a social media presence for the MBA Program on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Additionally, Oversee communication with current MBA students about program developments.
- Develop a communication plan to assist in building an alumni network of SUU MBA graduates.
- Also, Provide administrative support to the MBA Program Director.
- Develop and publish regular reports that track the progress and operations of the MBA program.
- Furthermore, Plan and execute program orientations, MBA program events, international experiences, and assist in developing new activities to enrich the MBA student experience.
Qualifications
The candidate should meet the following requirements to be eligible for Vacancy for Program Coordinator in Utah
- High school diploma or equivalent GED. Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
- Also, Knowledge of office computer applications and effective computer operation skills in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Expertise in designing and maintaining websites (No coding skills required).
- Furthermore, Functional skills in the Adobe Design Suite. Ability to create communications materials in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
