  • Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the ITS Service Desk.

  • Furthermore, Resolves technical hardware and application problems.
  • Also, Performs warranty end-user hardware repairs.

  • Furthermore, Logs and tracks resolutions, follows up with users and updates related problem documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum
