Responsibilities
The incumbent will do the following duties
- Preparation and management of all project materials, including surveys, recruitment materials, consent documents, and respondent booklets, in both English and Arabic.
- Additionally, Managing project biospecimen data by tracking receipt of materials from the field, as well as ensuring received biospecimen data is securely forwarded to the biospecimen lab. In addition, ensuring that all cognitive worksheets collected from respondents are completed and securely entered into a database
- Also, Coordinate all IRB activities for the project, including submitting all continuing renewals and amendments as needed
- Assist the project team with the preparation of complex graphs, charts, figures and tables for manuscripts and conference presentations. In addition, carry out literature searches on contextual factors (cognitive, physical, mental) in health for faculty publications and presentation needs
- Similarly, Assist in semi-annual report writing and presentations, including drafting reports for edits by the project team prior to submission to sponsor
- Furthermore, the candidate will perform other duties, including supporting the coordination of Community Advisory Board meetings locally, maintaining project records, and assisting with other project-related duties as needed by the project team.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (sociology, psychology, gerontology) and minimum 1-3 years of related experience.
