- In this newly created role, the incumbent will augment a small team in Sydney, Australia, helping to ensure delivery of goals in a timely and effective manner.

Duties
- Support a team of two in Sydney with fundamentals of managing a busy office including booking flights, managing diaries, and processing expenses.
- Similarly, support project management for the Initiative, including managing budgets, contracts, and relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Also, Provide notes of key meetings and ensure all decisions and agreements are documented, and that office records are up-date and support transparent and effective governance for the initiative.
- Furthermore, Lead on IT support for the team and in updating systems and procedures to maximize the benefits that cutting edge IT can bring to a modern office.
- Also, Track funding opportunities and record information in on-line tracking systems.
- Additionally, Process invoices and payments for projects in compliance with WRI’s policies.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a comparable job and/or relevant field
