Duties

The Program Coordinator will do the following duties

• The candidate selected for this critical position will join Baylor’s talented and devoted team in the Paul L. Foster Student Success Center, and reports to the McNair Program Director.
• Additionally, this position will assist in organizing events and programs for McNair participants.
• Also, he/she will assist the Director with recruiting and advising students, manage and oversee the program website and other electronic communications, and perform other essentials tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree, one year experience in student services/support programs or related work and a Christian faith are required.
