Applications call for Forte MBA Fellowship for Women in MBA

Summary

The purpose of Forte MBA Fellowship Program is to increase the number of women applying to and enrolling in MBA programs by offering fellowships to women pursuing a full-time, part-time or executive MBA education at the sponsor business schools. To date, schools have given $180 million to nearly 8,000 Forté Fellows. The program is initiated by Forte Connect in association with its sponsor business schools.

Eligibilities 

• Candidates should exhibit exemplary leadership in one or more ways: academic leadership, team leadership, community leadership, and creative leadership.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to women and girls via personal mentorship or community involvement. Such commitment is in alignment with the mission of the Forté Foundation.
• The Forte Connect encourages the school to nominate fellows from their schools who represent diverse educational and work backgrounds, career goals, ethnicities, and citizenship.

Selection Process 

• Firstly, the student applies to the Forté sponsor school.
• The student receives an offer of admission into the Forté sponsor school’s MBA program. Following, the student receives consideration for all scholarship opportunities through that institution.
• Furthermore, the school selects its Forté Fellows and the sponsor school notifies Forté of its selections.
