Duties
The incumbent does the following duties
- Analyzes fundraising activity to identify ideas for improvement in both dollars raised and participation.
- Aldo, advises on class fundraising strategies, participates in class leadership conference calls, surveys class leadership, and donor prospects, and determines solicitation strategies for leadership gift prospects. He/she works to increase dollars, drive donor retention, and acquisition in both reunion and non-reunion classes.
- Additionally, Identifies, recruits, trains, briefs, and motivates reunion committee members. Staffs and attends committee meetings.
- Furthermore, partners with colleagues to support the direction for the design, implementation, and evaluation of annual giving initiatives.
- This critical work includes multi-channel direct marketing activities to acquire, reactivate, retain and upgrade annual donors with an emphasis on stabilization of donor pool, enhancing alumni participation, etc.
- Also, he/she collaborates regularly across Arcadia University Advancement and University Relations to promote strategies to move prospective donors.
- Likewise, the candidate partners with University Relations colleagues to develop the look for reunion appeal strategies
- Also, Manages 4 reunion classes and plans strategic events and programs to support fundraising activities.
- Furthermore, in collaboration with UA colleagues, works periodically on special projects to advance overall fundraising objectives.
