Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems required; CCNA, MCITP preferred

Experience

• Experience with applications to manage deployment and security of devices and applications across an enterprise network
• Also, demonstrated helpdesk/client support
• Additionally, excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Substantial computer hardware expertise
• Similarly, substantial PC software expertise (Office, Windows OS, e-mail, networking)
• Substantial Mac OS software expertise
• 1-year experience administering Windows workstations in an enterprise environment
• Furthermore, 1-year experience administering workstations in lab environments.

The starting range is dependent upon individual qualifications and experience.
